With 10+ years of experience in tech recruiting, including roles at companies like Meta and Google, I’ve helped build diverse, high-performing teams and led strategic hiring initiatives across Silicon Valley startups and global tech organizations. Over the years, I’ve partnered with 70+ leaders and supported 500+ professionals through career transitions, job searches, and personal branding transformations.
I’ve also reviewed thousands of resumes and helped candidates position themselves to stand out in competitive job markets by clearly communicating their value, strengths, and long-term direction.
